KONAGA REIJI

Rooted in a culinary sensibility
refined in Osaka, I moved to
Okinawa and had the privilege of
studying under Ms. Sadako Maeda,
Director of the Ryukyuan
Cuisine Preservation Society —
deepening my understanding of the
island's ingredients and their hidden depths.

Fresh fish from the southern seas,
found nowhere else but Okinawa,
takes center stage in our omakase,
quietly merging with the traditions
of Ryukyuan cuisine.

The spirit of Ryukyu,
passed down through generations,
meets the culture
and stories woven into every dish —

Q Is a reservation required?

Walk-ins are welcome, though wait times may occur during busy periods. To ensure a seamless experience, we recommend securing a reservation in advance. Please use the reservation link provided.

Q Can I visit without a reservation on the same day?
A

Same-day visits are possible, subject to availability. We kindly ask that you call ahead before arriving, so we may do our utmost to accommodate you.

Q Can you accommodate dietary allergies?
A

Guests with allergies or dietary restrictions are kindly asked to inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs. As ingredients are prepared ahead of time, requests made on the day of your visit may not always be possible. We greatly appreciate your understanding.

Q What is the maximum party size?

As our restaurant features only 8 counter seats, reservations are available for up to 8 guests.

Q Are children welcome?
A

Our restaurant is principally designed for adult guests. Group reservations including younger guests may be considered on a case-by-case basis — please contact us in advance.

Please note that no children’s menu is available; all guests dine from the adult menu at adult pricing. We welcome any enquiries.
